Julia has worked in private practice, where she created safe and supportive environments for individuals in distress, utilizing active listening and empathy to empower clients toward positive outcomes.
Her expertise extends to research, where she has conducted studies with the University of Oregon and presented findings at conferences. Julia also brings exceptional analytical skills to her work, as demonstrated by her proficiency in statistics and her ability to achieve outstanding Key Performance Indicator (KPI) results in employment while at well – known outpatient clinics.
Passionate about using her skills to drive systemic change, Julia has demonstrated leadership in integrating her knowledge of human behavior with her commitment to fostering resilience and opportunity within communities.
